OOO
I don't want to see it. I'd rather remember him as invincible and full of life.
froggie
I don't want to see it. I'd rather remember him as invincible and full of life. me neither.. i cant believe they plan to show it... i mean, its not a movie or something
embiggen
I don't understand why he would want that shown. it sounds like something that belongs in a Faces of Death video.
myboyblue
Quite possible that this could show him being less than "safe". Per previous comments, stingrays aren't known for attacking humans.
Duck-Billed Catechist
Did you read that story that Bjorn posted?
OOO
I think its since been released that he accidentilly boxed the stingray in, even though he wasn't manhandling it. Steve would be the first to say, "Don't start hating on the stingrays"
Gobias Industries
I heard that he was new to the aquatic world. Saddening...
embiggen
I heard that he was new to the aquatic world. Saddening... not really. I've seen him do shows in the ocean, swimming with deadly sea snakes.
anodyne
he lived 150 years in his 44 on this planet. i'd guess he'd have very little regrets professionally. we should all be so lucky.
myboyblue
Did you read that story that Bjorn posted? well, now I did. That makes it even tougher. I was basing my assumption on previous footage that I have seen of Steve. Also, the footage of him with his newborn baby wasn't the smartest thing I've seen someone do. Either way, RIP. Lammycat
Also, the footage of him with his newborn baby wasn't the smartest thing I've seen someone do.The profile on him on Animal Planet covers this in detail. Without going into it, I don't have a problem with it after hearing his side of it. It was basically a controlled environment.
