gogo
Nice! I've stolen it for my desktop background.
cryptique
Cool. Not to pick nits, but that looks like it's all the same "predator" bird, with none of the "prey" ones.
awatt
Got to be one of the best window displays ever!

TCP
Ireland is the best country in the world, IMO. This only reinforces my belief.
unposed_question
Look like Dublin CALIFORNIA to me.
gogo
I think the give-away (aside from that ".ie"), is that their Tower Records is still open!
coast to coast
Cool. Not to pick nits, but that looks like it's all the same "predator" bird, with none of the "prey" ones. I thought that when I saw it (having read Jeff's explanation) then I said to myself...... too anal. Its still fucking deadly. They don't have the vinyl in road as of today... I assume not in Tower either. Still no sign of my copy from the Wilco website either. If I preordered, surely they could've pre-sent it!
WaronWar
I thought Tower Records went out of business. I know they did here in the U.S. and was very sad that they did because they always had a great selection of CDs.
mrrice
I saw Jeff and Jay do an in-store acoustic appearance at that Tower Records in April 97 (I assume it's the one off of Grafton). I was trying to be stealth with my mic and dat recorder and then realized after that I had the recorder on pause the entire show. Nice. The show later that night more than made up for it.
