bböp
What a setlist, especially if you're a YHF fan. It almost felt like a tour-ending show tonight...but there's still three shows left to go! thisyearsgirl
sounds like a great setlist, paul. "i'm always in love" and "kamera" sound especially yummy to me tonight. to top it off, they played my three faves from the new album..."you are my face", "shake it off", and "hate it here"...color me jealous, but happy for you, my friend. yankhotelfox
Kamera? I'm Always in Love? Neato. That list does sound rather "yummy." My only beef is closing with I'm a Wheel. I have never been a big fan. Then again, "Once in Germany someone said 'nein.'" They played it at all 5 Germany shows. I'm wondering when they'll bust out Leave Me (Like you Found Me). Shake it Off is really in your top 3? I gotta go with Impossible Germany, You are my Face and Hate it Here (with SBS a close 4th). They also played Impossible Germany at all 7 Euro shows thus far, War on War too.
DAngerer09
That's a fantastic set. Wouldn't mind seeing something very similar to that in Cincy. I've seen Wilco twice and have yet to see Spiders, hopefully they keep playing that.

I'm going to Ghent tomorrow and want to know if I can count on catching my train back.

They're usually good for about 2 hours, give or take. If there's a curfew at the venue, though, it could be less. But I'd plan on a two-hour set if you want to see the whole thing... Better be careful, I once had to leave a great Lucinda Williams show during the encore to catch the last train back to Brussels. They should have a later train! It was coming down the stage, with measured steps, looking out to take a huge bite of everyone... great chords, big lights, and you can see the kicks they get out of it onstage, pure fun seriously it shakes you really off, I remember it very well in a strange way, because there was a guy next to me (first row) he was always busy on his cellphone, taking pictures, but missing the whole show, but probably he's got some nice pics, and a girl was standing on the other side, only seesawing her left toe all night long, gosh, ... I had a really workout on that song and I wishedthat beast should've been there to eat them, or wake them up enough...
