Not sure if Neko & Dan will still be on the NP tour... that would weigh heavy on the decision. NP: Just got back from seeing them... You are so right, what could have been great is just ok because of the horrible mix. There is no excuse for this mush, greatly dissapointed, makes darkness seem crystal clear and that was 78. I wish I could hear certain instruments better in the mix (piano, especially), but the muddiness almost seems like it was by design. Not a choice I would have made, but it's not too awful. On certain Springsteen albums in the past (BITUSA, I'm looking at you) the keyboards were way too high in the mix, and this album goes in the opposite direction. Altogether, it's a damn good album.
