caliber66
Science explains all that. It's pretty boring in my opinion Info on Big BangNo, science does not explain how something came out of nothing. Science attempts to explain what happend to that something a long, long, long time ago, possibly shortly after it came into being.

EL the Famous
There was never nothing. Something always was and always is. Energy. The Big Bang Model is a broadly accepted theory for the origin and evolution of our universe. It postulates that 12 to 14 billion years ago, the portion of the universe we can see today was only a few millimeters across. where did the few millimeters come from? Good Old Neon
I didn't say it was evidence for God. All I said is, if you can explain to me how the universe came into being, then I will no longer believe in God. I didn't tell you what avatar or concept of "God" is my own personal belief. I think athletes that think God cares about the outcome of football games are foolish, and your bringing it up is irrelevant. The great thing about God is, you don't have to explain his origin, because he transcends that. The same can't be said for matter. The Bible (as has been said to you repeatedly, etc.) was written by men, and admittedly has some inaccuracies. It's clear that you can't get past that, and that's fine. Others can see the big picture beyond the mistakes, and that's fine, too. Well, when pretty much everything in the bible has been debunked, at what point does what is within become obsolete? I wouldn

EL the Famous
that gentleman is JIMBO. A character of underground comics by the most excellent Gary Panter...he also did a lot of the artwork for Pee Wee Herman projects. They are going to release an awesome vinyl figure (AKA doll) in early December, from which said avatar was nabbed...

EL the Famous
Still terrifying. The possibility that we could elect a U.S. President who takes biblical prophesy seriously is real and terrifying; the likelihood that we will one day confront Islamists armed with nuclear or biological weapons is also terrifying, and it is increasing by the day. Sir Stewart
Sir Stewart can explain better than I can.gary - I made a comment/posed a question about your avatar earlier in this thread, but before I could post it, that fucking assh*le caliber posted. The question was whether your avatar was a penis wearing a Santa suit.

Good Old Neon
by your definition and rules of engagement, no. by mine, absolutely. how does that make you feel, being that his beliefs/feelings are your own? If you are asking whether or not your reply triggered some sort of angry emotional response, the answer is no - I
