JerseyMike
Tiki was in no way overrated. this is a ridiculous post. Really? This was ridiculous? The Giants played this whole season with basically the same team as last year, minus Tiki, rushed for more yards, had a higher ranked offense and made it to the Super Bowl. Most RB's are a dime a dozen if they have a good O-line and decent passing game. Tiki Barber had 3, maybe 4 good years as a starting RB. Before that he was a fumble waiting to happen, and on top of everything, he was a negative influence in the locker room. Before the last game of the year, with the Giants fighting for a playoff spot, he admitted that he no longer studies the playbook at home, watches film or pays attention during the meetings. All of this while calling out coaches and demeaning his QB.
bobbob1313
Tiki was one of the 5 best RB's in the league. The rest of that stuff is unimportant for me.
Spawn's dad
I agree.. I have actually said something similar to that about Wilco.. "Even their worst songs are much better than a lot of bands best songs" try and stay on topic, ok fan.boy?

lamradio
Plaxico is predicting 23-17 Giants.. We all know what happened last time someone predicted a win against the Patriots. Heck, Anthony Smith from the Steelers didn't just predict a win, he guaranteed it... Final score Patriots 34, Steelers 13.... If you are superstitious, the Giants just jinxed the hell out of themselves.

bjorn_skurj
Subtracting Tiki Barber is not why the Giants are in the Super Bowl. It has to do with Eli, if not really being great, not sucking so hard anymore and not beating his own team, and a fearsome pass rush. The offensive line has had a great year, and Jacobs, Ward and Bradshaw have all been very good at different times.

lamradio
Brady is inhuman indeed.. Sooner or later it will be discovered that he's actually mechanically engineered... No human can have a 92.9 completion percentage in a game.

H-Bomb Henry
Why couldn't they wait to rehash these Patriot cheating allegations? We could see a Patriot blowout tomorrow with these new allegations. The funny thing is I think they were brought up by a Boston newspaper. However it is quite sad that the Patriots cheating ruined the career of Kurt Warner. Kurt Warner's career ruined Anyone find it funny that this Patriot camera man is now a Golf pro in Maui? This sounds like the kind of job given to a person for a promise to keep their mouth shut.
