Guest Jules
just keep the kid on it's stomach. I'm tired of hearing my wife's stories about these kids with screwed up necks (torticollis) and mis-shapen heads, often a product of leaving them in those seats or similar devices too long. Duck-Billed Catechist
As long as it takes for you to beat it out of them (kidding).
Guest Jules
As long as it takes for you to beat it out of them (kidding).yeah. she rebounded tonight to her usual sweet self. It's quite frustrating.
poppydawn
I am a fan of these  Clara Jane hated the sling, much to my dismay. She didn't like to be swaddled, either. If she couldn't sprawl out like a starfish, she wasn't interested. With the Baby Bjorn, she was riding forward-facing ASAP.  also, tell me how long this "terrible two" bullshit lasts. Mine turned four in February and we're still waiting. tellya
 This thing will get what it needs. I just put them all on there because if i look at one more stroller, I'm going to go insane!I hear that I have to get an infant carseat that goes on the stroller. and then get a front and rear facing carseat that turns into a toddler seat later. oh yeah and about that wrap thing. i just don't know. I've thought about it. Some people just look like a big dweebus wearing them and it doesn't look comfortable for either.

I've thought about it. Some people just look like a big dweebus wearing them and it doesn't look comfortable for either. i'm sure things have changed since i got this stuff. i don't remember if there was a stroller that was also an infant car seat even made then, plus we needed a double stroller. the only thing i remember was liking the seats we got cause it had a funky "z" handle which was easier to carry than the standard one, especially when your lugging 2 around at the same time.  i don't remember the weight limits but i think you'll get a year out of the infant seat(?). By the time you need the frnt/rear/toddler seat you'll know more about what you need.
poppydawn
Y'know, my stroller was an old second-hand one. I think my mom snagged it for $10. It served us well. You really can make yourself nuts, shopping for this shit. Â The Baby Bjorn gives you a tremendous rack:
Reni
I could never do the baby bjorn - it made my back hurt - I found the sling to be a lot more comfortable. Â Everyone has their preference. Â Yeah, when Em was a baby there was none of this car seat/stroller combo business......so, it just looks confusing to me.
