IRememberDBoon
So wait, a tape exists of Zimmermann punching his father in law, smashing his estranged wife's Ipad and threatening bodily harm with a firearm? Well charges should be pending, I would think that the state has the right to charge Zimmerman, in the interest of public safety, regardless of S. Zimmerman's reluctance to do the same.http://www.tmz.com/2013/09/11/george-zimmerman-home-security-footage/?adid=hero3
Hixter
http://www.tmz.com/2013/09/11/george-zimmerman-home-security-footage/?adid=hero3That's a blurry video of George Zimmerman tossing an iPad. It does not show a gun or any sort of altercation with his wife. Unless/until the iPad video surfaces, there is no evidence of a crime.

IRememberDBoon
UGH I dont know why I try but mean one more point. Hes obviously holding the IPad away from his wife (there is full audio of this part from the 911 call) in this vid and doing something to it before he throws it. Why would he do that? Any ideas? Hixter
Why would he do that?Perhaps we'll know when the video is recovered. As of now, everything is speculation.

Quick question, isn't the Ipad community property up until the final divorce decree? It wouldn't be the first time a piece of electronics was destroyed accidently prior to a divorce being finalized. I know I'm just speculating here as I don't have first hand information as to what occurred or the state of mind of those involved.

Mr. Heartbreak
Man, the State of Florida should have had you prosecute the case for them. Color me convinced. You are soooo cool! Why don't you contact ol' George and let him know you want to be his friend? He could use the company, and based on your posts, I think the two of you would get along. Doug C
if you listen to the 911 call she made the other day its pretty clear whats going on with Zimmerman. its been clear to me ever since he said "these mother*kers always get away" and then Trayvon ended up in the ground Enlighten me, please. I admit that it is not clear to me. What is going on with Zimmerman?Maybe this is bad form to push a reply but seriously, no BS or baiting intended but as coherently as possible, what is so clearly going on with George Zimmerman? I honestly don't know what you mean.
KevinG
LAKE MARY, Fla. (AP) — A police spokesman said Wednesday that law enforcement analysts are having difficulty extracting video from an iPad used by the wife of George Zimmerman, which remains key to determining whether either will face charges after a domestic dispute. Clearly this proves his wife is an idiot, I mean you gotta have your settings turned to automatically save any video you take to iCloud. If you don't you will lose incriminating evidence of your husband threatening your ass.

Doug C
true dat! should be in the cloud alreadyhes a hothead whatever that is. hot·head (hthd)n.A quick-tempered or impetuous person. Well okay then. A hothead. All of this ranting and the final and succint explanation is that he is a hothead. Hell, at times I'm a hothead. By the above definition and your VC behavior, you're a hothead. Are you as upset about yourself as you are Zimmerman?I'm not that worried about hotheads. I'm much more concerned about amoral murderers, rapists, etc. Much to the pleasure of all, I will no longer post about George Zimmerman. Thanks, IRDB, for the honest reply (and for not saying it in all caps like a hothead. BECAUSE HE GOT AWAY AND THE RIGHT DEMONIZED THE VICTIM!! GOOD GOD DO YOU REALLY NOT UNDERSTAND???). John Smith
I do not think a gun has to be visible or even present for a crime to have been committed. Oh he threatened that had one or implied and the others believe it, then it is so. No one is talking about the catch 22 here. If he had the gun and her dad or someone felt threatened by the weapon and tried to disarm him he could use the stand your ground defense when it really would have been the other person who was feeling threatened and standing their ground. The gun would win out over the fists in the short term.
KevinG
While we are complaining about George Zimmerman (regardless of what you think the Martin shooting, Zimmerman seems like a pretty horrible person and not someone I want to waste anymore of my time thinking about), the GOP is at again. They want to use the Debt ceiling as a bargaining chip in their fight to end the Affordable Care Act. http://thehill.com/blogs/on-the-money/budget/321491-house-gop-struggles-to-sell-obamacare-plan-to-conservatives Playing with the full faith and credit of the United States because of a bill they don't like. John Smith
I am not a huge fan of the law but it is obvious that they fear the law coming into full force and people liking it and seeing that the end of the world has not happened so they want to push it out past the next election cycle at the minimum.
