sonicman28
After 2 days she can't stop talking about it. We went to the movies on Saturday and she strikes up a conversation with stranger to tell them she went to the show the night before and Jeff Tweedy played Hummingbird just for her... I'm pretty sure he made her a lifelong fan :-)

sonicman28
Ummmm I have no idea who recorded that with their phone in unauthorized fashion.... Sorry for the shaky cam work, I have to seat dance to hummingbird, impossible not to. And the moronic woos were to try to let him know we were indeed still there :-)

lkapon
this is so amazing! My 9 and 12 year old daughters got to pray at the altar for the first time this Summer in Hoboken. Jeff didn't disappoint my 9 year old as he played "thank you all for nothing" which included 26 nothings which impressed her. He also played "american aquarium drinker" which was a big smile maker. My 12 year old was bummed because no muzzle or heavy metal drummer. There is hope for the youth of today through good parental listening habits!
IRememberDBoon
I was at that one in Chapel Hill I think it was where he sang it to that girl and it was one of coolest moments Ive ever witnessed in any performance or otherwise really.
