  1. Voxtrot. They got a lot of love around here a while back, and they deserved it.
  2. I doubt the Department of Homeland Security will allow him into the U.S. to tour.
  3. ...for operating a firecrotch without a license.
  4. Watch Harold and Kumar, but don't expect it to be something you'll want to watch hundreds of times.
  5. Aren't they usually stored at room temperature? They'll probably be good for quite a while in the fridge.
  6. You reminded me that I haven't heard "Laughing" in far too long.
  7. First on that list: Bachman Turner Overdrive. Not far behind: Three Dog Night.
  8. I even ordered it in the same color. I could have bought a dozen cheesy old shirts. Somehow I stopped myself at three.

  10. If you're talking about Iowa City, don't let that hold you back. I love that town. Yeah, it's a bit out of the way, but it's a good place. Not too far from Chicago when you need an escape ... and Gabe's Oasis brings in some pretty good bands. If you're talking about Ames, though ... well, I can't really comment, but I think stardog lives in Ames. I loved rural Iowa. I really miss it sometimes.

  13. I haven't seen it myself -- I entered "I Love a Rainy Night" +rape +scene as a Yahoo search and came up with this. Sounds interesting ... I'll have to check it out.
  14. Plus, four of the Keating Five were Democrats. (The other one: John McCain.)
  15. Yup. Although, to be fair, just about anything > Bright Eyes.
