Quick question regarding "You Are My Face"...
tapmyglass replied to Relatively Clean Rivers's topic in Just A Fan
I don't know if he intentionally took it from this source, but it is in Toni Morrison's "Beloved". -

thanks for the heads up -
watched Manhunter last night and thought it was great. I don't know if I could even compare it to Red Dragon though, they are very very different movies. Brian Cox was great as Lector but I didn't think William Peterson was good at all. He had the same expression on his face for he whole movie and I didn't get any sense of what he was going for with his character. Having said that Michael Mann did a great job, really great shots throughout the movie

pretty awesome obscure track..would love to hear them do that song
-
I just got it on netflix, never seen it before but I really enjoyed red dragon. I am very excited to see it.

I like pat and have nothing against anyone in the band, but I would love to see Jeff, John and Glen just as a trio. I think they are saving it for the wilco punk album that is coming soon.
-
man I loved that movie I think I will re-watch it soon
-
Pabst is great. I just wish all the bands that came to town that I wanted to see would play a show for me at the miramar theater.

I haven't seen that one, but I will go looking for it. I was really glad I saw Climates on the big screen, it was shot so beautifully. I didn't realize until after I saw it that the star was also the writer/director. is he in Distant also?

It was excellent.
