Oh Dear. My mistake.

We're Just Friends, on Summerteeth.

I bet they're happy about spending some loot to take Jason David from the Colts. What a great game he had

Cool! Perhaps this weekend I will thwart death and take the homemade route.

A very small sausage. Slightly spicy, like pepperoni, but much softer and more tender.

Seen the Foo Fighters twice. Dave Grohl has amazing stage presence.

You then put this in the microwave?

I switched to using a Nano after having the first 40gb iPod. I found that with 6000 or 7000 songs, I was hitting skip way too much. Now I just keep all the stuff that I can pretty much listen to all the time.
-
I heard that too.

I agree. I have the old one too. It is much more pocket-friendly than the new one looks like it is.

I was alone at home for the past five days. 4 out of 4 nights I had me a big bowl of microwave popcorn. The movie theatre butter kind with salt on top. Killer....in more ways than one, apparently.

They sure look super cool. I have a bad feeling about all these big screens though -- I think it would only take once of putting in the same pocket as my keys and it would get wrecked.

Hmmm.....mines does the same thing. There is a HUGE volume jump around 2-3 on the knob. It sounds like going from 1 - 7. What kind of tubes did your friend use in place? EDIT: Like -- size, number, brand?

"Oh Shit! A Volume Two!!!".......oh wait.

I would imagine the over-ear models have a bigger driver and would produce a deeper range of frequencies. I checked the Bose website for a frequency range spec, but they didn't have that info available. I've always been a little bit under-impressed with their products, IMO.

If you don't mind dropping a few bucks, Shure makes some super models. They really seal your ears well too, so they don't get jiggled out when you're running, etc. I have the E3-C models and they are superb.

I have not. I assume it's in (southern) Utah?
-
I was just there at the end of May. When you come in from SLC you drive thru a bunch of mountain areas and valleys....eventually you come around a turn on the highway and....BAM you're on Mars.
-
I assume you mean to see all the redrocks in southern utah (??) I am a resident of Salt Lake City and have been there many times -- and it stuns me everytime. I would advise going in the early fall. If you go in the summer, it is hotter than hell down there. You could take 2 or 3 days to see it, depending on what you want to do. There is Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park and Arches National Park. All are totally stunning. It's like another planet. Should you want to do some epic mountain biking, visit Moab, Utah. It's a cool little town with some great hiking and biking areas. N

yep. me too. -
I often hear people saying that they'll swap out 6L6s for EL34s? Is that correct? What kind of function does changing tube (sizes?) numbers do? I have a Fender Blues Deluxe and it has 3 12ax7 tubes and 2 6L6 tubes. Anyway, my buddy got me 3 pairs of new tubes 1 Mesa Engineering, 1 Soldano and one....that I can't remember. Does anyone know how much a tube's brand will change my sound?
-
I agree with all that's been said. Seems like it's often a piccolo snare, to get that really crisp crack.
