  1. Took some time, and showed "Sold Out" at least once, but managed to get in!
  2. Allow me to second the praise for Laminated Cat. It was truly epic. And the lead-in/crossover from The Whole Love was very engaging. The combination of the two makes this a Roadcase-worthy show and worth the price of admission plus FLAC. I'm missing Everyone Hides. Surprised that they would drop the second single from the set so quickly.
  3. Well, all my Texas travel has gone kaput. 2 Floor GA tix available for the Sunday show. Hard tix in hand. $100 for the pair, I will eat fees and cost of overnight shipping to you. PM here or to suncaughtfire at gmail dot you-know-the-rest for details. Thank you.
  4. Circumstances are preventing me from attending Friday's show in Houston. Available: 2 seats, Section 102, Row F. If I am counting correctly, 6th row in the center section of the floor. These tickets were part of Ticketmaster's "Platinum Seating" dynamic pricing. I am offering these for significantly less than what I paid. Please PM for info. Paypal for payments; tickets transferable via Ticketmaster. Thank you.
  5. Jeff's book tour includes a stop at Philadelphia's Free Library. Tickets available now. https://libwww.freelibrary.org/calendar/event/79869
  6. Being There-era "Capitol City"? Yes, please. And thank you.
  7. My earlier post has been edited for correction above. Just one Key...
  8. The fiddle player (whose name I missed, but was terrific) played on: Passenger Side Forget the Flowers Give Back the Key to My Heart California Stars Dreamer in My Dreams Ryan Bingham and his band also sat in for California Stars. A shout out to Nels as well, whose guitar tone in the solos for Art of Almost and Impossible Germany were particularly gritty in the best possible way.
  9. Hi everyone, as I noted in the listing for Friday's show, with last minute wedding preparation consuming our time, my fiance and I won't be heading to Red Rocks this week. As a result, I have 2 tickets available at face (49.95 each), reserved section row 28, seat numbers in the 40s. Will split FedEx shipping costs with the purchaser. Email me at suncaughtfire at gmail dot com if you are interested. Tickets also available for the Friday show under a different post. Thanks for looking!
  10. Hi everyone, with last minute wedding preparation consuming our time, my fiance and I won't be heading to Red Rocks. 2 tickets available at face (49.95 each), reserved section row 25, seat numbers in the 70s. Will split FedEx shipping costs with the purchaser. Email me at suncaughtfire at gmail dot com if you are interested. Tickets also available for the Saturday show under a different post. Thanks for looking!
  11. Thanks Cheeztastic, not the same guy, but I appreciate it...looks like the artist is here: http://the-flying-chair.com/ If anyone else is still looking for the poster, it is now available at the Wilco Store. Finally, thank you choo choo for your help.
  12. Anyone have a bead on the Jackson show poster? I haven't seen it pop at the Wilco Store nor have I been able to track down contact info for the designer. Any leads appreciated, thank you!
  13. I have two tickets for the LA Theatre show, Mezzanine Right, Row J, 409-410 available. Looking for face value (inlcuding fees), total $125 for the pair. I'm on the east coast, so would send FedEx/UPS to ensure the tickets arrive on time. Thank you.
  14. Prohibited items were a hoot--my attempt to bring in a poster tube was rejected. Apparently at some previous show(s), patrons had taken to beating each other with their cardboard tubes. I also saw someone turned away who tried to enter with...a book. To their credit, staff couldn't have been nicer about it.
  15. Really enjoyed Poor Places and 36 Inches was much improved from the Merriweather debut. I think the opening my have deterred some of those ready to stand in the balcony, but I could see the floor sections were in it from the beginning. Very glad everyone was thoroughly engaged by the end! As I mentioned in the thread for Ryman #2, I was lucky enough to pick up the Hatch print from Sunday's show. I'm looking to trade for the Saturday Ryman #1 print if anyone has one available (would even be willing to take Wilco Ryman 2006 poster if its out there). PM if you've got one available. Thanks.
  16. Nels also used the D. Allman Les Paul on Ashes. Hopefully a tape surfaces...I thought his solo throughout Ashes was very referential (and reverential) to the sounds of its former owner. I thought Ryman #2 was the better of the shows, particularly the setlist surprises. LTYT...never would have guessed that was the opener. I was lucky enough to pick up a poster for night #2. Very hopeful someone out there is interested in trading for a night #1 poster (or, against all hopes the 2006 Wilco-Ryman-Hatch print). PM me if you've got one to trade. Thanks.
  17. Yay Bowery tickets. Boo Ticketfast.

    Montclair

Thanks urbansurfer and barbkm. I'll take a close look at those transportation schedules. Anyone else out there with experience traveling out to the Wellmont for a weekend show from the city?

    Montclair

Speaking of Montclair, how does one get there from Manhattan via train (or bus)? The Wellmont website suggests no train service on weekends, but NJT suggests there is with a transfer in Newark. Inquiring minds would like to know what you guys think is the best way there. Thanks in advance for your help.
  20. Seeking one to admit for Montreal. Catch me at suncaughtfire at gmail dot com. Thanks for your help.
  21. So Scranton is GA? Presale this morning only shows GA, but the Scranton Cultural Center shows a very specific seating chart. Any locals familiar with the concert setup at the venue? Thanks in advance and see you there.
  22. Schedule is now out and, wow, since ACL Fest's inception, I've never been more disappointed by the overlap. http://2009.aclfestival.com/events/daily/2009/10/02/1/hbha Walkmen and Dr. Dog at the same time on Friday. Mos Def and Levon Helm at the same time on Saturday (OK, stylistically opposite ends of the spectrum, but I would like to see them both). Artic Monkeys, Rebirth Brass Band, and Toadies at the same time on Sunday.
  23. Can anyone recommend vintage/used guitar shops in the Denver area while in town for the show? I've found it never hurts to look... Thanks for the assist.
