yeah I was trying to think of when it was too in FF. I was just saying its hard to say drugs were a key ingrediant in those great records when they were and are capable of making great music w/o the drug usage.

what's the difference between wilco being used in a soundtrack to a movie produced by say universal or warner brothers than being in a 30 second commercial? oh wait I know! the movie companies are much larger corperations so lets not say anything about that. Why stop there screw wilco for being signed to a major label! how dare they! how the hell does it cheapen the music?

I didn't feel like reading all the 14 pages of this thread but has it been mentioned that there will be more VW commercials with wilco in em? I guess half of SBS will end up in a VW commercial in the near future. I'm so pissed they did this. They need to not succeed anymore because everyone knows succeeding = selling out.

I liked this album.

I think they are all slightly different. on All over the place tweedy starts out by saying "Ya ready?" the other two versions he doesn't say that but that could very well have been cut out or something. on the AM demos there seems to be a bit of surface noise over the song but that could just be my file or something. Chelsea Walls seems like its the same as the All over the place one but with out the "Ya Ready" and the beginning. all in all they are all the same pretty much so who knows. just going by what I just listened to.

New Madrid is my favourite tweedy song all projects included.
