Married life is bliss
-
....especially during his stage banters: "...fuck.........fucking........fucker.........fucked.........." Because this is SO genius, he's going on like that for 20 mins before having played a single note of music.

My husband loves them. I hate them. We're in the most happy marriage ever.

Have a wonderful day, and be well

"No More Shall We Part" is my favorite, but I worship all others too. He's yet to put out an only mediocre album.

Have a very happy birthday
-
Well, like I said, the cake didn't turn out quite as I wanted it, so Donna needs to give it a try

Hey, Everybody! Join in on our Pre-Wedding Night!

LOL For me, it is not a problem. I've changed my name in both marriages to my husband's, and felt fine with it (although it is a pain in the butt having to spell my now English surname everytime over here in Germany, because Germans are so f*cking daft). In Jen's case, where she is the only bearer of the family's name, I think I would reconsider though. -

This is one of the days where I just got up but think I'd have stayed in bed. I think.

Hm. I haven't seen him in a while, so I'll have to take a close look again and then decide.

Jeff Tweedy can never replace The Hoff. He is an institution over here, you know
-
Too much credit, really. I think I read somewhere ages ago that Jeff's Mum was a born "Werkmeister", which clearly is a German name (don't know if that is correct though). And if you check the booklet of UT's "March", there is a snippet of a Germany map printed. I actually asked Jeff about this, seeing as this is probably the most boring and least interesting region in Germany, so there must have been a reason to print it there (other than it containing my little town of birth )..............just, he couldn't remember I am glad though that I am not the only one who noticed that there i

July 13th, 1999 (Wilco opening for REM), Munich, Germany I thought they were awful. Completely unlistenable. I even said to my exhusband during their set, almost in tears "I wish they'd go off stage!" He said "...but why don't you give this young rising poet a chance!?" And I moaned "He is horrible. I want him to go off stage." 3 years later, after some serious threats from friends whose music taste I trust, I gave "Summerteeth" a listen. I didn't even finish the 2nd song sample on Amazon, but grabbed my car keys, rushed in total ignorance of all speed limits to the next CD store and bo
