I was looking at some legal resources, and I guess it is feasible to sue (there is a free lawyer in Philly), but I don't want to anger the 'Fork. I'd much prefer if they credit me vs. remove my image entirely. I think I'd rather have it unattributed than nonexistent. It's my selfishness talking.

Did the old ads show Queenan falling from the rooftop? I'd imagine that if you saw the ad, then saw Queenan in the movie, you'd miss out on a hugely surprising part. Fucking advertisers. Glad I don't watch much TV (and thus commercials). And yeah. It's usually pretty easy to figure out if someone can't die in a movie. I felt from very early that Leo would not make it, due to his short fuse, violent surroundings, no really redeeming qualities, no family, kid, whatver. Matt Damon had a kid, but by the end, everyone wants him dead, including his baby mommy.

I got a message from Tim today. Califone is definitely opening. Now, all I have to do is decide whether I want to spend $800 on two plane tickets or drive for 12 hours.

I actually talked to Tim Rutili of Califone about this yesterday. At that time it was unconfirmed for 10/25, but he was calling to tell me to get my plane tickets. My lady friend and I will be flying in from PA.
