I read a bit this afternoon and it isn't much I wasn't already aware of, but I like reading cultural analysis - and whenever I read those types of books they always point out a few things I hadn't noticed before. It's been a good read so far. Definitely worth a read and also gives you tips on how to best approach the issues with your daughter, which is somewhere I could use some advice. In a similar vein, I also recommend this - I tore through it in a day.

I did tae-kwon-do, tore my left knee out, my body will never be the same....I don't recommend it It may be what you're looking for though. If I were to take another class....I would head more towards something like Tai Chi.
