i fuckin' hate that song with a passion. i saw semisonic in 2001 at this festival in minneapolis. my friend & i were so bored with them after 30 minutes. then an hour into their set we thought they were done & they came back out for 30 more minutes. i was so upset.

another great soundtrack (though the music it eventually spawned sucks) is judgement night.

i've heard jens & hated peter/bjorn.

i wouldn't say my fiance is as obsessed with music as me but i can easily get her into new bands/artists. she does like to go to live shows (as long as we don't have to stand the whole time. same for me, i'm getting too old!) the one thing i hate is her obsession w/ american idol & now i'm watching that damn show!

my fiance doesn't listen to much around the house, i take care of that. when i get in her car there's always the shitty country station on & she always complains about the songs. i don't get that. i have turned her onto some beter stuff: alison moorer, shelby lynne, gordon lightfoot, glenn/marketa. i'm sure if she were to see this thread & post about me it'd be a long list.

oh, i have their other albums. been addicted since ...almost killed me.
