What the hell? Why is M.I.A. at the top of every goddamn best-of list? That's an awful nice thing to say of Wilco. I would be damn well be proud if I was Wilco.

It's super-awesome, but I think you could push the guitars back into the mix some and the vocals forward some, I hear one acoustic track and it seems to be a lot louder than the rest. Not that it's a bad thing, but just my personal mixing opinion. I think during the interlude-y parts it's perfectly fine to keep them in the front because it sounds like they're doing their little solo-y thingy. And piano would fit perfectly in this song too, consider adding it in. It's a very good version of the song!

Really if you're going with hollowbodies you're really going to have to learn the guitar (and the amp) when it comes to overdrive, and you're definitely not going to use the pedal as much (or much rather at all), just the volume knob.

I just hate spread offenses, because they basically say "Hey, let's not play defense!" and "Hey, let's see if we can score 75 points in a game!" Basically defense becomes secondary to offense if you run the spread.

Just some notes: On the main lick Tweedy does a 2h4 on the middle G so you hear the second to third motion. Also when goes to the V chord in the main lick (shows up as D), I think he frets the full D chord, not just a part of it, and then the last is simple the first one repeated. Overall good quality though! And an extra: the intro is sometimes just an outro, and it definitely works with a bunch of other slack-G songs Tweedy has (there are recordings of him playing it as an outro to Dreamer In My Dreams)

I guess, but I'd rather see Pryor on my side of the ball regardless. Rodriguez's hire means that old-school ball will die...the Big Ten was one of the last conferences to basically specialize in power-back ball, and now with him one of the best schools for that is gone. I love power-back ball, to be perfectly honest, and this hire makes me sad inside, because it means it will die sooner rather than later.
