I've been going through Separate Ways in RE4. One death through Chapter 2 (chainsaw to the face while reloading the shotgun...poor choice). 4 deaths just in Chapter 3. 2 rogue arrows (one in the butt, even), and two deaths because of a stupid claw-man in a cage.

I could see him lead the Ravens...eventually. Boller's a decent quarterback, so it'd take a lot for Troy to get some really good play time soon.

Every night better damn well be taped. Too bad I have absolutely no one to visit in Chi-town.

Beat RE4 last night. 28 deaths, 16 hours. Most intense game ever. The last section is ridiculously hard, but the final boss is a total letdown...if you know what to do.

I feel bad for McFadden. But at least he won't have some Heisman shtick-curse following him during his pro career.

RIP, good man. I wasn't around when he was, but that doesn't make this any less significant.

So...the story is that I just got RE4 tonight, and for all intents and purposes pretty much as soon as I got back from campus for the break. It's taken me a little over two hours and I've just rescued Ashley. Overall, I like the Wii version a lot better than the other versions, because the Wii aiming makes it sooo much easier to plant things like shin shots (for kicking) and, not surprisingly, head shots. Of course, when it comes to that, the rifle doesn't have any of the pointing capabilities, which threw me off the first time, and probably is the only weapon I can say that I really hate (

Really, everything on the list but the Boss and Wilco is a crock of shit. Foo Fighters are terrible now, Daughtry is really just riding off of an American Idol wave, Fogerty is ehhh. Bruce will probably take it...because he is the Boss. Can't do much about it. Though really SBS was probably the best rock album of the year... I forgot to mention this, but swimming is like an action sequence (like the sprinting when you dodge the boulder), and when the action first pops up, your screen is super-murky and you literally can't see yourself. Just keep swimming...unless you want to be gator food.

I've been playing RE4 on the PS2 here at the dorm on a friend's machine (I've logged almost 6 hours), and I didn't find the alligator too difficult...the hardest part for me was figuring out where the heck he was coming from (it will point you with arrows on the screen, though, which is helpful). But, if this helps, you have a bunch of giant spears in your boat, and you basically just chuck them at his face when he charges you. As far as I know you have unlimited spears, so feel free to throw them at his back as he drags you along. But he doesn't stay at the surface too long when you're g

It's a rail shooter, like, for example, the Area 51 or Jurassic Park arcade shooters (like you'll get a screen, eliminate the enemies on it, and get moved on to the next area where you shoot more). You don't physically do a lot of moving. It moves for you. You point your wiimote at the screen and shoot. If you really need to you use the nunchuk to put the awkwardly placed enemy (such as Lickers that start walking to you will get stuck on the bottom of your screen) on your screen so you can shoot it, you do it, but it's minimal.

Umbrella Chronicles is awesome. It's a ridiculously fun and addicting game, and the number of stuff you can unlock makes the replay value high. Plus, it's hard to beat when you have a friend over. Such a fun contest, especially fighting over critical hits. It works just fine without the Zapper, though I bet it makes it better. The game was pretty easy to find, just go to Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart more than other places because mostly kids and their parents go to Wal-Mart for games, and chances are parents aren't buying kids M games. p.s. I hear Medal of Honor is terrible on the Wii.
