i work at a radio station and im praying we get a copy in soon(or at all). I'm so glad that people seem to have generally positive things to say after their first listen though, it eases my nerves. It sounds like an album i'd love to listen to, just because white boy soul music gets me every time - as well as John Wesley Harding.

whats up with this oink thingy? i know its invite only and such but is there any way to get invited?

we get to bring in our own cd's, but pretty much all of my cd's are back at home and i have to wait until i go back to des moines until i can use my own music. having your own radio and being able to play whatever you want has to be the best job ever.....

I just got my own radio show, its just a college station and i've only been on air twice(first week on the job) so far but ive already played war on war, jesus etc, heavy metal drummer, im the man who loves you and pot kettle black. hah, yhf is the only wilco cd they have at the station if you couldnt tell, once i get my cd's shipped from home i'll be able to rock out more wilco though. hopefully if i play enough wilco, nonesuch'll want to send us a copy of sky blue sky sometime in april

i'd say just start out with his last album, and SERIOUSLY consider downloading his new cd that hasnt come out yet, its amazing. weather systems is ok but i dont know of anyone who enjoys weather systems over mysterious production of eggs

ahhh fanatic christans always give me a good chuckle. i have a good friend who is like that and very against homosexuality, he also used to be a big elton john fan. the look on his face when i broke the news that he's gay?......priceless

On a radio interview JT gave he explained the cherry ghost. i dont remember exactly what he said but im pretty sure he said that the cherry ghost line means that he wants to be remembered as a nice person after he dies
