It's funny how a "Neil Young for beginners" thread has morphed into a discussion about one of his most obscure works - the Dead Man soundtrack. Neil is king for me, but I never listen to that one.

Sounds like it was the case when I read I'll Sleep When I'm Dead. I got the sense Warren had a bit of starfucker in him which tended to cloud his judgement - which was shaky at best in the 1st place. -

I don't listen to any of their new stuff, but It Take a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back and Fear of a Black Planet are pretty special, particularly the former. Flav has always played the role of the jester. Nothing new there.
