+1 Even though I don't think it will suck.. The last album didn't suck, although by far the weakest Wilco album. My wife and I have been listening to a lot of Wilco over the past couple of days (lots of holiday driving). First time we've listened to them in ages. We came to the conclusion that there is Wilco, and there is everybody else... They are in their own league and I don't believe they are capable of writing anything that truly sucks..

Well if you were going to do a simple video with a webcam, if you have a PC you can just record the video using said webcam with Windows Movie Maker. Movie Maker makes it really easy (basically plug in the camera, and movie maker runs you through a wizard). I'm sure MACs have a similar application but I'm not a MAC guy. Then upload the video to youtube. I think youtube even has it's own capture software but don't quote me on that. But if you want to get more hardcore, this is my plan to record an audio/video cover of Wilco song: - Have video camera set up in front of band. - H

I think the band and I are going to do Outtasite. We are currently a 3-piece and I think that song would work the best for a 3-piece (with the minimal lead guitar and keyboard work). Should have it posted in a week or 2.. Stay tuned.

Excellent. Yeah, Holiday driving is the best time to really soak in albums. Let me know what you think when you do hear it.

Great choices. It'll be hard to choose one.. Outtasite would rock, so would Can't Stand It, so would ELT.. So would Pot Kettle Black.... Tough choice!! It could be me and the bass player, or me, bass player, drummer. I'll see what I can come up with. Thanks for the suggestions.

If it's a seated show he'll do fine. I took my two kids (5 and 7) to see Wilco last year and they had a blast! It was even a three hour show and they had fun the whole time.. My five year did take about a 30 minute nap during the show, but he was just getting rested up for the encores.

I was in a band in high school that would play the small venues around town and throw "gig parties". There was this guy named Mickey who was known as the most annoying kid in school that everyone hated. At every show or party, he would always try to get up on stage and sing with the band.. He was terrible and of course we would always push him away.. Our senior year, we played the talent show and changed our name to "Let Mickey Sing". Thank you for your time.

Yeah it's not the breaking of the ornaments that is the issue, it's the pulling them off and scattering them all around the house. A small electric fence just might have to do the trick.

It's a Christmas tree.. They are meant be cut down. It's their purpose in life. Leaving a Christmas tree outside to freeze in the cold of winter is depressing.. It could be in a nice warm home, decorated, watered daily, and enjoyed by many...
