What a great way to start a lazy Friday morning.

I just ordered Miles Davis' "Kind Of Blue" on vinyl! I am looking forward to it's arrival. Now I need to start my Billie Holiday collection. Amazon has a 3 LP set, but its $50. I think I might go for it.

I just watched "Up In Smoke" on Tuesday. It left me with a "skunk"-y craving........

This album, plus a large amount of whiskey, have left me an emotional wreck tonight. Cheers to the worst summer of my life, and being single again. At least it can't get any worse, right?

I hope the gas prices stabilize soon. I work for an RV manufacturing company, and we just had a 25% lay-off, and slowdown of the assembly lines. There will also be work-share coming up, meaning I will only work 2 or 3 days a week, and getting unemployment insurance for the other days.

Wilco - Yankee Hotel Foxtrot demo's This last month and a half, which has easily been the worst in my life, has made me appreciate music so much more. I cannot stop listening to this band.
