  1. For those who have purchased the cassette and received it...what cover art did you get? Mine has the baby chick on it.
  2. I do too! A special moment of the night was the crowds' response to Nels after Impossible Germany. There was a pause to accommodate the thunderous ovation. The last time I saw such an overwhelming appreciation was in Toronto. First time experiencing this at a venue, where once in, GA floor is told to sit! Once closer to show time, they let you back on your feet. And thanks to the Seattle crew for all the sweets in line!
  3. Thanks P for getting on here and starting this thread. Been meaning to chime in and finally got a chance. Nice to see the crowd on their feet from the time the band walked on stage. A few rows front and center sat once they started Via Chicago, but when the chaos broke everyone was back up for the duration of the show. They did play both Heavy Metal Drummer and Always in Love, so they followed the setlist as planned with no variations. Not much banter...a few things I remember...Jeff mentioned that Jesus etc. was the most requested song from the website at 13 or 14 votes. And he lef
  4. It worked...as I received your PM. Just emailed you back.
  5. Ahhh! I know I am going to regret bailing! I keep telling myself skipping this one will just build up more anticipation for the incredible shrinking tour in Chicago!
  6. I have two GA tickets for Uptown Theater. Would like to sell as a pair. Face + fees = $106 for both. PM me if interested. Thanks, Heather
  7. Was in the waiting room too and just got through!
  8. I posted this on the other thread. Pulled up the seating for this when buying the tickets. Triple letters look to be in the front. https://secure.indep...pl=732&id=68216

    Almost

It was about a month and a half prior to the release date that Wilco (The Album) was streamed. So it probably won't be long before we get "The Whole Stream"!
  11. Ha! that waiting room was brutal. I was was thinking what kind of game is this?...If I play, does it open some mysterious door for tickets?... At least we won't need raingear for this one. -Heather
  12. HaHa Yeah, it was Russ, who forgot his login. Although, I had to laugh as he listed the new song as "Finger".
  13. Here is the complete set as played: Via Chicago Mountain bed IATTBYH One wing Muzzle Flowers Solitaire You are not alone Black eye I'll fight Magazine Ruling class New song (die alone) Not for the season Hummingbird Jesus etc. Late greats Shot in the arm --------- Passenger side I'm the man who loves you Walkin (sans pa) Acuff rose (sans pa)
  14. We're in orch 2, row 6. See ya there!
  15. They go on sale 10 cst.
  16. Wish I saw this before, would have definitely stopped over to say hello. Loved the moment after Impossible Germany when Jeff commented on why he messed it up, saying he was trying to think ahead on how to do Nels' part. He did a good impersonation by stepping up on his toes, scrunching his shoulders up and noodling around.
  17. The Alpaca Connection is definitely worth a stop for something warm and fuzzy. And for breakfast, head to the Original Pancake House on Canyon Blvd, next to the Marriott. As for the show, I would never have imagined an entirely different set from the night before, incredible. Can't wait to see your pics Josh!
  18. Caught the show in Annapolis and it was a blast. There were some mic issues that led to some funny moments in the beginning and they just rolled with it. They are packed with so much energy, although Chuck mentioned the crowd was more suited for a PTA gathering, but by the end everyone was out of their seat and dancing. My favorite part was probably the history of the electric guitar. Awesome stuff! His banter is hilarious too!
  19. A Sunken Treasure opener! ALWAYS makes my night. So glad to hear this on this tour.
  20. A few beers in, we did do some singing. I seem to remember The Beach Boys... We wish you were there too P. At least we were all clapping in unison to Nothing'sever...
  21. Sad to see this get cut by the time spent on the policing the crowd... but I have to hand it to lone dancer in the front row for most of the show, which lightened it up a bit.
  22. LOL! I could never compete with such great folks, and they know where to find spaghettieis! Good call. "Over in Berlin", we looked at each other right as they started into it. Es war uns ein Vergnügen, Sie kennenzulernen. Danke dafür, dass es so unvergesslich.
  23. This show was definitely a stand out for me too. Glad to meet Rock Pools! Hope to have the chance to meet up again soon. The Gasometer was a unique place, even found some blue suede shoes for my tired old feet. Also enjoyed the market and the taste of sturm! The crowd was great. A very enthusiastic Jesus etc. sing along to boot, where a memorable moment was when a rather monotone voice came from a guy in the crowd. And cool to see the surly security guy bobbing his head to California Stars. And I agree with the Bop, seeing Josh on cowbell makes for a fun time.
  24. Finally getting around to chime in here... This show was so amazing from start to finish. Thanks Praha for good times. Too Far Apart and KT!!!! Thanks to the crew for requesting songs some of us really wanted to hear. Jeff has made the comment at a few shows "leave them wanting less"...this show left us wanting more, more, MORE!
