  1. Do you get e-mail alerts on any story that has the words "New World Order" anywhere in them or something?!

We belong to a secret society that only gets online news about the NWO :lol

  2. Great, show.......After watching Pronto, it got me thinking that Wilco should do what CSNY used to do in the old days during concerts. That is, give each member a two or three song set in the middle of the show to show off their own music.......Depending on the song it could be done with the group as a whole or with some combination of members or solo.....Wouldn't it be cool to see Jeff do Acuff Rose at a Wilco show or Mike doing one or two of his Pronto songs backed by the whole band or a couple of John and Pat songs? You get the Idea. It would also give us a three hour show, wouldn't that be great......Sorry I didn't get to meet up with any of you fellow VC'ers........Got stuck for an hour near Middletown, Conn. on I-91.......Had to get off highway and maneuver through back roads just to get to North Hamton by 7:30......Thanks for the set lists and who ever was filming the whole show in front of me in approximately row C or D in the middle could you PM me.......I'd like to talk some business with you ;) ........

  3. That's right but it doesn't have to be like that. I don't care if I get beat up for making the arguments I do, when these things come to pass you will find out it's not so great having a communist superpower like China controlling our economic destiny. Notice in Communist countries the leaders are all doing fine, it is the people who suffer and starve like in NK or China. They always leave those parts out when singing the praises of communism or world govt.

I'm with you on that......If I told you I was buying gold, stocking up on non-perishable food and looking to buy an AK-47 I would only be fodder for those who call people like me nuts......So I'm not going there........If you believe in the NWO agenda or not we are all going to face making tough choices to survive.......What are you all going to do? My goal in this thread is to make people aware that something is up beyond the headlines.........If you want to ignore it fine but do any of you think things are going to get better? The hyper-inflation hasn't hit yet.......We've been churning out trillions of dollars with nothing behind it. What do you think will happen next when some of this money is no longer being frozen by the credit markets? We will have a flood of worthless currency on the market and then everyone will be calling for a new global currency........Guess what that Neil Young Archive set will cost then? That's their plan......Short of people coming around to this scam in mass and rising up I don't thing anything I or you do is going to change things.......But the more people that are aware and voice their concerns and opposition the better chance we might have. Strength in numbers........

  4. Thanks, We'll be leaving southern CT about 5. We'll head to the Tunnel Bar around 6:30 or so if Hartford and Springfield traffic isn't bad.....Hope to see some of you....

  5. So in the face of a giant international economic catastrophe, the solution is not to work together with other countries on a global solution?

They created it (the catastrophe) and now the same people have the solution?.......They bring down the old system to create a new system in which they consolidate their power at the expense of us all and then expect be looked upon as the saviors by the rest of the world.....People have been warning about this for years and it is finally coming true before our very eyes......What happens to our sovereignty or our constitution for that matter when an international governing body of financiers makes the economic as well as the political decisions? Do we get to vote them out of office when they screw up again? Who ever controls the wealth controls the power is more true than ever. Again, the idea of Democrat/Republican or liberal/conservative is a smoke screen. They are all members of the same crime family who take their orders from the people at the top.......Picture the global elites like organized crime; the Democrats are the Gambinos and the Republicans are the Bonannos. They all lie in the same bed and answer to the same authorities.

Heck, even Noel Gallagher sees it...... :D

See, one globalist is getting richer, he even called it two years ago. I wonder how he knew? Lucky guess ;) ...

  6. In the case of Obama, Geithner and Bernanke, actions certainly speak louder than words, because while publicly denouncing the demise of the dollar and the call for a new global currency, their every policy is creating the very means and justification for its introduction.

Bernanke himself has vehemently supported efforts to create a global regulatory framework that would act as the vehicle for the introduction of a new global currency to replace the dollar.

He has echoed the sentiments of Blair, Brown, Merkel, Sarkozy and others in calling for a new world economic order and

Remarks by National Security Adviser Jones at 45th Munich Conference on Security Policy

    Published February 8, 2009

    Speaker:

    James L. Jones

U.S. National Security Adviser Jones gave these remarks at the 45th Munich Conference on Security Policy at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof on February 8, 2009.

"Thank you for that wonderful tribute to Henry Kissinger yesterday. Congratulations. As the most recent National Security Advisor of the United States, I take my daily orders from Dr. Kissinger, filtered down through Generaal Brent Scowcroft and Sandy Berger, who is also here. We have a chain of command in the National Security Council that exists today.

  8. Here's my question for the newly structured (100th time) planned release.......If you buy the CD discs individually (as you now can) for the music, what don't you get with each disc that you would get if you bought them in Blu-Ray or DVD? Why would you buy a music disc in Blu-ray? Does it only mean you can't jump around to view photos or read shit if you bought them in CD? While I'm playing the selected track in Blu-ray or DVD is there a special video that goes with that song that you don't get in CD? At least one doesn't have to buy Live at Massey Hall or Crazy Horse at the Fillmore again if one chooses not to. Are the videos on separate discs? The description provided on the website is a little unclear IMO.....

    EDIT: Forget my question......All(most)answers here......

    TIME-WARNER TBS - AOL

America Online (AOL) acquired Time Warner

  10. To be clear, I was talking about the major media outlets like MSNBC, CNN etc.......They are considered to be the liberal media by those at FIX News but they seldom if ever gave the three being discussed the forum they deserved......My question is why? I think the answer is somewhere in that movie you don't like....... ;)

  11. (If this post has incomplete thoughts it's because I'm also cooking.)

This, and your Ron Paul remarks, remind me of a distinction between the different types of important figures in politics and government. Ron Paul's role in the election, like Ralph Nader's role in so many elections, was not to actually run for and become president but instead to serve as a very necessary voice of dissent. I think that his campaign was extraordinarily important in giving a voice to a lot of people in America who voted for him and truly did want his voice to represent us as a nation. I always see campaigns as a compilation of electable candidates and opposition with microphones. Both are equally important to drawing out and representing the voices of the voters.

I was just watching Jon Stewart's appearance on Crossfire yesterday, which includes his remarks about how the presidential candidate that knows he won't win is the only one who can speak his mind.

Also, there's an important distinction to be made between change and overhaul. He promised change, let's remember. I will be completely, 100% satisfied with Obama if he simply leaves the nation and, hopefully, world, better than he found it. I don't care if that's +1 or +100. I think all of Obama's high-profile supporters, both that you refer to above and those that you don't, feel the same.

I still think the video is total, fear-mongering crap - stuff like this has and will always be around - but I do think that politicians and figures who can publicly point out fallacy in the system are as important to democracy as those who serve in an official capacity. Excluding that piece of crap. :thumbup

I don't think Ron Paul was given any chance to get his views out this past election year despite the fact he is a member of an established political party.......The same with Dennis Kusinich......That's what I was talking about when I mentioned manufactured dissent......You are only allowed to go so far or they cut you off.

  12. I thought I had a few there, but honestly its like beating your fist into jello. Maybe you would have considered it more serious if I had quoted Ron Paul George or Ringo. I couldn't care less about the ellipses. The crazed rants are disturbing however. Here's one more objective thought: When was it not the way it is right now? At what point in America's history were we so honorable that we avoided corruption? The answer you will avoid is never. We have never been a nation that was not corrupt. No nation has. No community has. So why beat yourself nutty when you could be listening to Neko Case?

I am not beating myself nutty over this......I was just trying to start the very debate that is taking place here......I also don't like where we are headed as a nation and I am trying to find the reasons why we are headed that way, as many of you probably are........If it is part of the answer for some of you, fine......If not, I can live with it, believe me........If I was a shrinking violet do you think I would have started this thread?.......Yes, the crazed rants are disturbing but I work with crazed ranters every day and it has no affect on me.......Once in a while I might come back at them for fun if I have something witty to say but it becomes a bore after a time.....

  13. Considering the porousness of the U.S.-Canadian and U.S.-Mexican border, we're kind of one country anyway. If it means better Canadian weed and better Mexican food, then I am all for it. I love America and I love being American, but geez Louise, if this world is actually going to make it, we all have to start working together more and stop standing on hills with our flags saying our way or no way. My Spanish is bad, but my French is OK.

Do you think you will be consulted on the new system they set up? What is wrong with the United States and the Constitution? Do you notice that there are no manufacturing jobs in this country anymore due to globalization? The corporartions just move on from one country to another exploiting cheap labor and then move on when the desire for bigger profit moves them.......They owe no allegiance to the idea of country so don't be fooled into thinking that they do........

Another good video for you.......Filled with liberals and conservatives alike.....
