I would definitely take Stoudemire over Jamison in a heartbeat but like you said, you never know. Cleveland looks like the team to beat right now and Lebron the obvious MVP. If (actually when) the Nuggets go down I will be rooting for them. I was at the last game where the Cavs were in town and Lebron was doing trick shots, dancing to the music during warm ups, how do you not like that guy? He's the anti Kobe.

Our band did Southbound, Dreams, and Melissa at the last gig and the crowd loved it. I love me some Allman Brothers.

The level of shrillness and paranoia on the right for what is basically a pretty moderate piece of health care legislation astounds me. If nothing else, the right is still really good at propaganda.

I had a little crush on Pinky Toscadero, I would have liked to see her with her own show.

So I'm watching this damn show the other night and the first singer busts into "The Letter". I'm thinking, very cool, a tribute to Alex Chilton. Then they interview the guy and it was "That was sure a weird song to pick Dawg" and "out of all the songs possible, why would you pick that one?" I thought now is your chance to make Simon and Randy feel stupid. Nope, I now firmly believe that nobody involved had any idea Alex Chilton died or probably even know who he was. What a bunch of musical hacks. I bet Crystal Bowersox knew.

I can see a reunion of Lenny and the Squigtones for the soundtrack.

Finally finished this one, a little bleak but very good. Now I get the excitement of picking a new book. I think I will comb through this thread for some ideas.
