Well that's not strictly true, is it? The White Album & Let It Be were back to basics - Let It Be, certainly so.

I think you should spend some serious time putting together this petition of yours, and then get back to us. Or do you just wish to discuss the prospects of making one, for whatever reason?

They sound good to me. Da Capo has both the album in stereo and in mono, for example. I have Forever Changes on an old cd before it was remastered and it sounds terrible, in comparison to that sound these are great. I am sure you can pick these up from amazon.com, not just in the uk - but even if you get them from the uk, the shipping really is not a lot of money, even if the wait is a little longer than usual.

Love/Da Capo/Four Sail are all available as remastered cd's already, with bonus tracks etc...

The Clash and John Cale definately stand up next to anyone you'd care to mention, and both artists have "10/10" albums in those runs, so I think you're being a little too harsh there.
