There's a lot of stuff there to be had. Much like the Black Crowes, he shelved albums that were better than what he ended up releasing. At least I think so. -
I don't know if it is still called New Country, but I guess it is still big deal. Or rather, it seems that way with bands making albums directed at the county charts. Two I can think of: Bon Jovi and Darius Rucker.

When I first saw the tracklist, it also made me think of the Buffalo Springfield boxset.

This sounds familiar. I think I saw a link about this on Expecting Rain or an article in No Depression sometime over the past two years. -

Edit: it's out now. 25 bucks. Please Call Home

One thing I miss is Pete's blog. It was pretty cool to read, and at one point, be able to respond to what he had to say. He sometimes answered back. I have read that there is also another re-issue of The Who Sell Out coming out sometime this year. A link to a post about it.

It also looked liked Kate was going to fry there for a minute. That scrawny dude use to play a recurring role on Nash Bridges. Which is funny, because, Cheech Marin was on that show also. LOST Episode 5

Yes, they are down there right now. Also - it use to be that one had to pay to gain access to certain things on the official site/forums/fanclub. They recently did away with that - it is free now.

There is also a blog that host audio files of the spoken parts of the shows: Dreamtime.
