  1. Late Night's always had cooler bands than the Tonight Show. It's not the host, it's the timeslot.
  2. Game won on a grand slam too. What did a little kid write the script for this game? Cheers to White Sox fans. How long was the game? An hour?
  3. All I can say is I found it to be wonderful.
  4. Personally I was hoping for 'Immigrant Song' to open ROTK.
  5. Loving all the Friends of Eddie Coyle love! The bank scene was filmed in my hometown - the bank where I had my first checking account!

  7. I didn't say it was. I said "accurate and original reporting has ceased to exist" was a bit of hyperbole. And used NPR as a example. That's all.
  8. If we're able to stop caliber66 on this, it will be his Waterloo. It will break him.
  9. I've read all the books and have only seen bits and pieces of a few of the movies as I happen across them airing on ABC Family. I may seek out this one in a theater though.
  10. Yeah, I imagine the mods would've moved a vaginal wart thread to the Re-arrival Of My Health section. *Admin Edit: Well of course we would have.
  11. So now "vaginal" is a negative descriptor? Jeez, kids today.
  12. Thanks for posting this - I checked it out - great stuff.
  13. And what does anything you said have to do with my statement?
  14. When I was around 21 I went on a Kurt Vonnegut tear. Like you, I don't have a great attention span (didn't then either), but his style and imagination (and rather great sense of humor) make the stories fly by. I'd start with Breakfast of Champions.
  15. Dude, ease up on the thread-starting, it's not the end of the world. EDIT: My bad, you deleted the other one. I only use VLC for video. I've never compared the two audio-wise. I hate iTunes mostly for the memory it uses. Slows my computer down like a mutha. But, I don't think VLC stores a database of files, does it?
