  2. Goofy bastards: http://beastieboys.com/comingsoon.php Apparently Yauch is doing well.
  3. "It was the beginning of the Eighties when Mick started to become unbearable." That sounds about right.
  4. Yeah if anything, Michael J. Fox should play Robert Palmer:
  5. I feel like watching the Ed Bradley interview again. http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2004/12/02/60minutes/main658799.shtml
  6. That would've surprised me, too, considering that store is usually playing Coheed & Cambria or some shit. I heard 'You & I' at a wedding reception last weekend.
  7. The Talking Heads web site (back in 99-2000) had a "Reunion Cam" page, which was a live feed of an empty studio. I loved that.
  8. On the topic of running into Bob Dylan, I wondered if I could. According to boblinks: 11/7/10 University of Pittsburgh 11/9/10 Penn State University I imagine Bob would spend the 8th in Pittsburgh instead of State College, but who knows. I will keep an eye out for him.
  9. Damn, I missed that. I only have the Stay single version.
  10. What do you think will be on that U2:Duals disc? Or is it obvious as it seems?
  11. I think I invented slight differences between phrases on a few of those.
  12. I'm counting my 75% score in the "greater than 75%" category.
  13. Hello Nasty. That one has about 30 minutes of good stuff among an hour plus of crud. Their low point. All the others I still dig.
  14. Indeed. The Tipping Point is the only Roots album I never listen to.
  15. Watching Bengie Molina stealing second brought to mind Bruno Kirby getting on his horse in City Slickers.
  16. Watching them celebrate last night, I realized how much I like these Rangers. I hope they don't get steamrolled in the ALCS.
  17. I started that a couple of weeks ago (hadn't seen it in about 10 years) but I was interrupted about 40 minutes in. I was surprised how much I was drawn in though - I think I remember feeling like 'where's the story here?' first time around.
  18. I think Criterion is just a big fan of his brother's artwork.
  19. Thanks for that - I was in a wedding last weekend and in the groomsmens' waiting room we watched DVDs of, among other things, Ghostbusters 2 and AC/DC Stiff Upper Lip Live In Germany. I sent ThunderBusters along to the boys.
