I didn't go to the Wilco show, but I saw the White Stripes there in July '07. I went back for a tour of Sloss the next day and got this pic of the venue. This would be looking out at the crowd; you can see the surface of the stage in the middle of the picture.

I saw this on the Red Rocks website, and assume it will apply to the Wilco show too: RESERVED SEATING: ROWS 25-59 GENERAL ADMISSION: ROWS 2-24 & 60-69 ROWS 1 & 70 ARE ALWAYS RESERVED FOR HANDICAP SEATING AT RED ROCKS. I bought a GA ticket!

That part is not cool at all. I ended up with Row FF (on Pat's side), but only after I started trying for just 1 ticket instead of 2. Oh well...hopefully my neighbors will be nice!

That was a close call. I gave up 2 Row A Cincy tickets because I was greedy and wanted to see if there were any "double-letter"/pit seats available. So after trying for half an hour and getting nothing but Row Z or Loge tickets, I finally tried for just 1 and got Row FF!!

That expression is not just used in Georgia.

This is good news...it looks like I'm going to see them twice in June. Sucks about the drunk guy, though.

It's really tempting. If I can figure out all the logistics - getting from the airport to Red Rocks, where to stay, etc. - then why the hell not? I can handle the altitude.

Maybe I'm crazy, but I'm considering trying to go to this show. I've always wanted to see a show at Red Rocks.
