Same thing happened to me with an Andrew Bird show early this year... heartbreaking. I'd call the venue first, see if they held any tix to sell at the door. Otherwise, it probably wouldn't hurt to go... often people end up with extra tix and will sell them for face value. Good luck!

If you ever have a chance to see them live, don't miss it.

I was recently given it for review - upcoming debut album (to be released on the Something In Construction label). There's not a lot of info on Christian out there, but: You can hear a few tracks at his MySpace. But be careful, the wallpaper may blind you... Christian at Something In Construction The album is really really really fucking good.
