Interestingly enough, not only is the Starbucks near my house NOT closing, another one is opening even closer. Go figure.

I had to recheck this post to see if maybe I had written it in an exhausted stupor last night. I won't go into any details (because they are probably only of interest to me), but I truly sympathize and relate completely to you post.

Truer words have never been written on the internets. For the life of me I will never understand why so many of you disdain Pearl Jam. Their fight against Ticketmaster ALONE has earned my respect. They could have gone on to make mass appeal cds, record videos for every song, date starlets (i.e. done the rock star thing), but they stayed true to their vision. I say without any intended irony that Pearl Jam is one of the best bands ever. Side Note: Seeing Roger and Pete tear it up in their 60's is truly inspiring.

After watching C. J. Wilson try to close out games for half a season, I would like to state that a killer closer is the NOT overrated. Thank you very much. So you're gonna take shots at Hamilton?
