The hand with the brown corduroy jacket sleeve in the front center (follow Glenn's stick straight down) is me. It's up there with my top Wilco shows ever. I chalk that up largely to being up front and feeling the energy of a jam packed club show that was exuded by the band.

Exactly what I would have done too. Made it fit in with the scene. Of course, I'm not a photographer.....oh, wait.....

Why, is it your font? If so, it's the greatest font ever created. Actually, I like the font on its own, just not with the pic. I do get the "inside joke" though. I would have left it without "Wilco" at all and let the picture do the talking. It sure has a lot to say!

The font is the only thing I don't love about it. It doesn't match the pic, IMO. It is fantastic though, and I agree that it's probably a "we're not taking ourselves too seriously" thing.

Off on a Prince tangent for a sec....I saw him on Tavis Smiley (or whatever that guy's name is) last night. Tavis brought up some lyrics from Prince's latest album and had printouts from the web. Prince said (paraphrasing) "now, where did you get those? Because I've heard some pretty mangled versions of my lyrics. Like from When Doves Cry, a girl was totally convinced that I was saying 'Dig if you will a picture, of you, Marvin Gaye, and the kids'."

Golden Girls production of "Henny Penny" One of my favorite GG scenes. I love the different "bird walks" they do.

I just watched two Golden Girls episodes this morning, and watch it on a regular basis when I have insomnia at night. RIP, Dorothy.
