This is a little off topic, but reading all these comments about choice of schools, lousy professors, and other alternatives has prompted me to share my story. I had excellent grades in high school, and when it came time for college I applied to 5 schools and was accepted to all of them. The fifth school was my safety. I wasn't particularly fond of it when I visited, but my parents urged me to go ahead and submit the application anyway. Well, when I got my acceptance letters, the safety school offered me a scholarship equal to around 3/4 of my tuition. My parents were visibly relieved to

Wait, are you guys talking about when he ends up at the mental institution? If so, it's a repeat. -
Has the infomercial surfaced yet? My copy is so bad. EDIT: It's on YouTube in 3 parts now! I'm gonna watch this for the rest of the day and laugh my ass off.

Hi Permie!!! I think there are many things you can point out from past episodes that were never addressed again. Another reason why I'm disappointed that they didn't have a clear beginning, middle, and end when they started the project.

Thanks for pointing that out....that made my miserable day a little better. Mike D dancing with the two ladies.....classic.

He was also the evil dude in The Cell, and was in Chelsea Walls. Oh, and he was Edgar (the Edgar Suit) in Men In Black, too. -

Agreed re: The Breakup. That was that one where Vince Vaughn played the guy who was the life of the party and had smart remarks to make about everyone and everything and then ultimately learns that he has to tone it down but doesn't do a good job of it......basically Vince Vaughn playing Vince Vaughn once more. -
Then that leads me to believe that they had no idea where the story was going, even if they said they did, which also kind of bugs me.

Have the creators stopped claiming that everything happening can be explained without getting into any weird dimensional, psychic, or metaphysical discussions? Because I can't see how they'd scientifically explain a few things. I hope they haven't just thrown that out the window because part of what has kept me watching was wanting to learn how the "magic" was really created by humans.

I was coming into this thread to post the exact same statement after reading the subject title.

That's a terrible turn of events....my condolences to your friend's family.

I did call and they told me I would have to register for a party, and the cutoff date to register in my town was Thursday. Here's one of many local articles addressing the subject: http://www.acorn-online.com/news/publish/r...eld/28006.shtml -

But why is that the rule in some states and not others? -

Right, but I can't pick a party to vote in the primary unless I change my affiliation. But wouldn't it be cool if someone tried to vote against their party and a trap door opened up underneath the voting booth that sent them back out into the parking lot? I don't think you're allowed to vote Democrat in W. Virginia. -

I know, I don't understand it either. I wish there was a standard throughout the country. -

I couldn't vote because I'm a registered independent and CT has a closed primary, which means I can't vote for either side. In other terrifying news, Huckabee has won all delagates in West Virginia. Come on, A-man, what's the matter with you people down there??? -
