I appreciate all of your opinions. I know it's a dicey situation....one thing want to clarify, the job description did NOT mention travel at all. He was just trying to be proactive, a move that we all know bit him in the ass. It's tough to be an honest human being. OK, people..... Yes, there are some who come around more often than others, and are more familiar with topics that have previously been covered. I believe A-man is merely trying to provide you with the link to an earlier thread (from not too long ago) so that you can read other people's opinions on a subject that has already been discussed; not belittle anyone. There is also a Search function at the top of the page which is a great way to find out if you are making a duplicate thread before you post.

As for the unique group photo....it's great, isn't it? I love it too. We did the traditional lineup photos as well, but the staggered look is so much nicer. Of course, at the time, it was 50 degrees out and it took him 20 minutes to set up the shot, so no one was too happy (OK, you guys on the left....take two steps toward the center....keep going, keep going, STOP! Now you guys 2nd from the right.....) But in the end it was worth the time. Everyone comments on how cool that shot is. And thanks again, everyone, for the kind words. It was a wonderful day.
