Nobody likes (well, almost nobody) having a belief system crammed down their gullet. That's why there's this sort of ne plus ultra carrot-and-stick thing about "if you don't believe in this perception of the universe (and give us your money) you will burn in hell forever."

Of course, but there are a lot of people whose religion tells them it is their job to get other people to believe in the religion too. I would suggest taking a good healthy dose of LSD and then wading neck deep into Lake Champlain while a reggae fest is going on. Hey, it worked for me.
