Glad I read that before I started making Bosnian amputee jokes.

Mexican citizen to be put to death

Those little fuckers will get theirs one day, especially if they Mexican. -
The only reason I am not using a lot of intemperate language to describe Aaron Heilman's performance tonight is that the Mets actually won the game, despite his severe suckitude.

What, was he like, "Kill him twice, then kill 300 random Mexicans"? -
Honestly, if that makes JUDE a single-celled organism, than I am one too. (That's actually an electron microscope image of me in my avatar.)

This thread might be cursed. Now I am going to have Steve Martin's "King Tut" in my head all day. -
Isn't this the organization which lost track of something like 200 kids it was supposed to be supervising?

For one year. I had him as a prof at New Paltz and he was the publisher of the Legislative Gazette, at which I interned. We used to have a weekly "seminar" with Alan, which was a group therapy session where he was the only one allowed to talk.

I like it too, but I had enough of Alan Chartock in college.

Thorn is awesome. I think Holtzman's original proposal for the save would have been a better metric than what they eventually adopted.

This race is going to drive me to drink. Did you read the Thorn article?

God damn fucking fucker ass Heilman AGAIN! And Wagner and the rest of those bums. I can just imagine Randolph is this very minute cackling over cigars and brandy with the disembodied head of Steinbrenner in a vat.

He likes to think so. He allows that I MAY be as smart as he is, but I am often too moderate for his tastes.

Two very good points. People on Flight 97 had a little while to think about what they were going to do, weigh the possibilities and come up with a plan. There wasn't any time to do this in this case. -

Speaking which, get a load of what LAPD Chief William Bratton said the other day: LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- Police Chief William Bratton said Thursday that the city has had fewer problems with paparazzi since Britney Spears "started wearing clothes" and other celebrities changed their partying ways. "If you notice, since Britney started wearing clothes and behaving, Paris is out of town not bothering anybody anymore, thank God, and evidently, Lindsay Lohan has gone gay, we don't seem to have much of an issue," Bratton told KNBC-TV. Bratton said the altered behavior makes proposals

1. Well, thank Allah they found a dead guy to pin it on, as we have already blown Iraq to hell. Good thing he wasn't Iranian. 2. My lack of watching ABC News explains my overlooking of all those things that narrow-headed dude on Salon wrote. I continue to believe that in 2002, we as an American public did not need a whole lot of goading into support of the Iraq invasion.

Was that said? I was reading AP copy every day back then and that does not ring a bell.
