Va. pharmacy follows faith, no birth control sales

As I think the issue of abortion's legality should ultimately be decided by women, the issue of whether a pharmacist must fill a prescription he finds morally objectionable should ultimately be decided by pharmacists. -

Being pro-choice means you have to also accept the choice which results in having the baby, no matter how much you hate babies or the idea of the human race propagating in general. -

My mom used to drive our numerous VW Beetles barefoot. They had this foot-shaped carpet-like thing you could glue to to the gas pedal to make it a more cozy experience. -

We don't really need something on the scale of the New Deal, as long as the bottom does not totally fall out. We need a solution to health care, for sure, and infrastructure repair, which would add jobs. Some help for people caught up in the subprime mortgage mess would be good, too, but I am not completely in favor of saving people from their own stupidity. Lord knows I have had to pay for mine, and others should too.

It took the war for total economic recovery. The New Deal a.) kept a lot of people from starving, b.) may well have headed off a revolution and 3.) primed the pump with infrastructure projects.

OMG, can you imagine the explosion in conservative talk radio?

Considering Dems lead the GOP in enrollment and are projected to make big gains in Congress, I would say it's the former more than the latter, but the Dems have not since Clinton up until now found a candidate with enough charisma.

People who live in cities love America too. (See: Aftermath of Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.)
