It doesn't seem like Hawaii is trying to be compasionate. They probably don't want people bumming around in touristy destination scaring away the tourist. To me this is the approach I see it as. What if the mainland sent all of its homeless to Hawaii? At least it is warm there year round?!

That's what I am affraid of...there is always someone who can do things cheaper. Its hard to do things cheaper when you have a steady stream of bills etc....

A note on scalpers....scalpers can work to your advantage. I got Bruce tickets in the lot at Giants Stadium for $10 a ticket and Police at Giants Stadium for free (a great lesson in supply and demand) Tickets are always most expensive right after a show sells out and usually very cheap after doors open or day of a show.....Use a scalper to your advantage..I have never ever paid more than face for a ticket in over 700 concerts. I attend between 50-80 shows a year...my wife maybe 5 a year. I figured it would be beneficially to find someone who goes to as many shows as I do but thats not how it worked out. We have an understanding and we make it work out I couldn't be happier!
