The only way to help is to talk to the lender and try for a forebearance, or alternate short term payment plan, before he get's into trouble. I wouldn't get your hopes too high because the lenders aren't really willing to play yet. That story is quite sad, from my real estate experience I'd say better than 75% of all mortgages written in the last 8 years are all junk paper, ARM's, Negative AM's, etc. The housing crash is not going to be pretty.

Well, in a google fight between a 'Hobo' and 'I Remember D Boon', the hobo cleans up 11,000,000 to 1,870,000. I think that's pretty representative of my stance on the issue.

In Spring and summer they tend to be cause for concern, but in the temperate winter months they seem to go away.

Being in God's country, Central Minnesota, I have no fear of hurricanes. Though Africanized 'Killer' bee's are another story all together.

I yelled for Holy Diver at a local club and the metal cover band played it for me. The guy really didn't do Ronnie James Dio justice, but they tried. A C+ performance overall.
