Kerry is a chow. When I say "he" might kill another dog if provoked, I mean Kerry might do the killing. I haven't ever seen him be very aggressive towards another dog (and he is completely docile with our cats), but I imagine it's possible, given the breed.

A basset hound-type dog broke its leash a few minutes ago and came after Kerry. I spun Kerry around a few times on his leash, using centrifugal force to keep the other dog at bay. It was the second time today that a dog came after Kerry that I was afraid he might kill if sufficiently provoked.

It's odd that pitchers seem to have such a big advantage on hitters right now. I would've thought they'd all be tired.
