just wondering if anybody who is going to Knoxville and ordered tickets through the pre-sale has gotten them yet. i haven't, and i am paranoid as hell about them, mostly because my dad keeps asking me "Where are those tickets!?". i was wondering if i should email MusicToday or wait until next week. The confimation email said they should be here within 10 days of the show...

wow, this makes me so excited for Knoxville in 2 weeks! acuff-rose solo with no mic is probably one of the most fantastic things ever. i nearly cried at the ryman. can't wait for a detailed set list! glad you guys had a good time!

i was just about to say what halcyon said. part of seeing a show is that the music (all aspects included) is different than the record, at least i think.

Okay, here I go. Being as I am tired from working all day I am just going to be brief-- The Chili's thing was a mutual decision made by the entire band. They all have kids now (well, Murry's is due in a few months) and they can't really tour. Rhett's daughter is still really young, so they have to make money some way. Commercials are an easy pay check, and were pretty much the only band that wasn't doing commercials. Seriously, everybody has to make a living.
