front row center for knoxville. my husband and i won't be sitting together, he'll be 6 rows behind me, but that's okay.

I think we are going to try to stay somewhere cheap outside of Nashville the night between shows. We can't afford the usual place we go (Embassy Suites on Broadway) because we've ended up with 3 extra tickets that we can't use (hoping my friend takes 2 of them) Ended up buying about $500 worth of tickets. :-/

That is an awesome setlist! I really like the 3-punch knock out combo of "Poor Places" "Art of Almost" and "I Might" the last time I saw them they did that, and it was great.

Also, is anybody else trying for Ryman tickets here on VC? I got an email about a 2nd pre-sale tomorrow.

With an attitude like the one you've got I wouldn't be surprised if this was karma telling you something... Plenty of folks on VC have been shut out of pre-sales here in the past (myself included at least 3 times in the last 4 years). It's nothing new. Your griping about it does nothing but feed your own negativity. There is absolutely no reason in the world to be such a smart ass about it. With that being said, is it too early to start a Ryman roll call thread?

I think Tweety is blowing this out of proportion. It's not like it was the general on sale or anything. There are many more tickets that will be available come Friday. No reason to be so grumpy and outraged. It's 10% of what is likely a 2000+ seat venue.

Chill man. There's only 10% of tickets out there today. General on sale is Friday. It'll be okay. Where there's a wilco there's a way.

Also, I am pretty sure Frontage messed up, and the Ryman gigs were supposed to go on sale at 10 CDT... cos the venue is in central time. We got front row section 1 for the Ryman night 1,, and halfway back on the main floor night 2. Not bad.

I think sometimes I have gotten them in the mail. Kinda depends on the show. Maybe give them your info just to be safe?

That is true. I already got my days covered at work, and my husband put in for vacation time, so now all we need are the tickets. I hope luck is on every VC'ers side tomorrow morning.
