Woah... really amazed at this news... does seem a shame that Paul isn't around to join in, but I'm sure it's all been done in good taste and, though it'll be odd to see them back together without him, it's nice to have 'em back. Fingers crossed the material will be good...

"Emotional Hardcore" I believe was were it originated from, but what it actually means now I have no idea... I'm finding it hard to describe both Brand New and Plate Six... what would you call it? Metal? Rock? Indie-Metal? Indie-Rock?? Just good music'll do for the time being

As for him playing ATP this year, this was an interesting note from the festival organisers: "Jim O'Rourke no longer plays live, so rule him and Loose Fur out." I thought Loose Fur play live still??
