Finally got round to seeing Spider-man 3 on Fri night... it was... OK... not as good as the other two. Definitely a lot more cheesy and way too many bad guys - Sandman was relegated to a bit part really.

That's a shame... one of the channels in the UK (can't remember which one) has paid an awful lot for this and I was hoping to see it, whether they'll bother showing it now though...

Interesting choice for a second encore.... I'm going to have to stop reading this thread though, I've got 5 months to wait till they come over here!!

Might be a bit UK-centric, but the program might appear on other channels subsequently... Interesting night called "Once Upon A Time in New York" on Sat June 2nd. http://www.bbc.co.uk/music/newyork/ Documentary, live stuff from the BBC archives... looks interesting!

It was a long weekend here too, but the weather was so terrible this is my only relief :-)

'twas a great set, even if they picked the slower numbers, which surprised me. You Are My Face was amazing though, sent shivers down my spine! Nels didn't look very impressed with Jools' banter though...

That is cool if they're back for good - know what you mean about the Top 40 feel to it, it's certainly more middle of the road than Together Alone, that's for sure.

Very nice - good to have them back. Reminds more of the Finn Brothers last record than a Crowded House one though.

Had a mail out from "Later" and Wilco are going to be doing 2 songs... though it didn't say which ones.
