EL the Famous
It may be wrong and slightly morbid, but my brother and I have had on ongoing debate for the past 10 years, over who will get my Grandpa's pristine Shriner fez that he has stored in his closet. The Leopard Lodge (No. 462) members included hardware store owner Howard Cunningham who began as Leopard first class and eventually attained the rank of Grand Puba. The lodge hat was a leopard covered Fez with a red top and dangling black tassle. Neophytes were called Leopard Cubs. They started off with a plain beige fez beret and then had to earn their spots. The lodge held an annual event called the Poopa, Dooda Dance. Once Howard's son Richie asked Al Delvecchio, the owner of the local high school hangout, if he was going to the lodge dance? "No, I'm not allowed. I don't have enough spots yet. But someday, I'll be a Poopa, a Dooda, or even a Poopa, Dooda. I know its a dream," he sighed.

Spawn's dad
i missed some stuff. quitting the board will be easier than catching up. my brief reading of the minimum wage thread and seeing how it morphed into people worrying about how much money my folks leave me or that I leave my son have crystalized for me that I have no buisness being on the interwebs. there's a 1/2 dozen people (whom I'm never met) that I would eagerly beat to death with a mouse right now. Duck-Billed Catechist
Now why would a minimum wage thread do that? Might have something to do with the fact that the estate tax was covered in the same bill.

Did you watch the Mythbusters shark week episode last night? I am pretty dissapointed that shooting the compressed gas tank didn't result in a massive shark head removing explosion, but physics be damned, I had hopes right up till the end.
