I have no idea what to expect from Penn St this year. Its one of those games on the schedule that is never by any means a "gimme" regardless of what kind of year they are having. That said, I think OSU will overpower them over the course of the game. And, of course, playing Penn State at home has typically worked out well for the Bucks. :cheers

Joe Pa had OSU even steven for 50+ min. today.Definitely a closer game than the final score would indicate.

Brady Quinn went from being a future millionaire, possible Heismann Trophy winner to being a potential CFL guy. This guy needs to buckle down, forget the beers and chicks, and focus on getting drafted.

Whoa, where's the hyperbole police ?

You think that is a bit exaggerated? Did you see their first two games? He looks awful. I am not a huge ND fan but I do think college football is much more interesting when they are winning. At this point, even when they win, he looks, at best, capable. Hopefully he will turn it around.

I've said it before and I'll say it again:

The upside of Tresselball is that OSU will have a chance to win every game they're in. :thumbup

The downside of Tresellball is that OSU will have a chance to lose every game they're in. :frusty

I know the weather conditions were lousy, but once Troy threw that early INT on a long ball, OSU packed it in and got waaaaay more conservative on offense than this team has any business being. It happens at least a couple times every year that I start screaming "FIRE TRESSEL!!!" at the tv at the top of my lungs because he refuses to actually use his offensive weapons. But then, inevitably, they end up winning a close game and I just shrug and say "Well, a win is a win. Nothing wrong with winning ugly sometimes." :cheers :lol

PS - Damn you, Michigan St, for keeping me up until midnight. How do they do it, year after year, that they have always have the streakiest team in the nation--sometimes very good, sometimes very bad, and it can switch in the blink of an eye. Wow. Just wow. :blink
