IRememberDBoon
So Ive been dating my girl for about 7 months now. After the first two weeks weve been together basically every night. Get along like gangbusters. Never really fight and everything is just better than ever. I think were madly in love and great for each other. So we went a great great trip last week. A week in San Francisco. Great time. Saw everything. Ate great food every night. Went to Big Sur for three days and also stayed in Carmel a night. Super romantic. We were in love like never before! We then drive across the Mojave to Vegas. When we get there we both get drunk as all hell. I get trashed on bourbon and lose 1000 on the black jack tables. I was so pissed at myself that I was sour as hell and didn

A Pretty War
I'm no expert or anything, but I wouldn't break things off. You just had your first fight/ issue. Things will or at least should get back to normal in time. If you think there are issues that need worked out still I would just sit down and talk them over. It can't hurt. MattZ
I once heard that love means saying you're sorry even when you know the other person is wrong. Tell her that and make her apologize to you. If that works, she's a keeper.

IRememberDBoon
Women don't like it when you do stuff that they don't like. Getting trashed and blowing good money at the black jack table doesn't really indicate that you'll be a good provider and a responsible partner, does it? so what should i do?? OOO
the quote from that harvard movie is "Love means NEVER having to say you're sorry"

I get trashed on bourbon and lose 1000 on the black jack tables... If you can trick your friend into getting married, you can collect the big fund that all of the other single guys put money into and pay off the pseudo-bad guy Vegas type played by Bill Maher. MattZ
the quote from that harvard movie is "Love means NEVER having to say you're sorry" Well, the quote I am thinking of must have been from a different movie then.
bjorn_skurj
so what should i do??One word: Contrition.
Duck-Billed Catechist
so what should i do??I'm not sure what you're asking. The main thing is to talk it through with her if you think it's an ongoing issue. Tell her you want to talk about it and wait if she's not ready. There's not really a formula for sorting through life's problems.

redeyedandblue
Know when to hit and when to stand, my friend. That's all well and good as long as there aren't a bunch of jackasses sitting around you splitting K's and hitting 16 against a 5.
